Vertical Hard Winder

Our dye package winder is utilized in the production of various types of cone yarn. It is applied along with warping machines, knitting machines, tatting machines, and hosiery machines.

• The vertical yarn path without inflection points reduces friction and hairiness.
• The special motor with long axis can prevent yarn twisting, and the speed in controlled by inverter.
• The double disc tension control system with micro motors is able to keep the tension stable and uniform. The tension is adjusted via two pressure controllers with springs, which also have the function of waxing.
• The high-quality alloy drums with optimized groove shape is featured by good anti-patterning mold, light weight, good wear resistance, and effective static elimination.
• There is single winding motor control for each spindle, the yarn length is electronically fixed, and the single spindle will automatically stop once the yarn is broken or the cone is full, thus keep the yarn length consistent from one spindle to another.
• The high-speed creel with gas spring can keep constant winding pressure, and the creel is stable and reliable.
• There are two tube conveyors on the machine (up and down) that can convey tubes and packing automatically, which can not only save labor, but also keep the production site clean.
• The adjustable yarn-blocking sheet metal can prevent the yarn be a mess.
• The bi-rolling gas ring controller can stabilize the unwinding tension and improve the shaping effect of cones.
• The slow-start function is available on request for smooth start and better winding quality, and individual slow start for each spindle is also supported.
• The auto adjustable mounting rack can be fitted with bobbins of different size without manual adjustment.
• There are other optional devices, including electronic yarn clearer, air splicer, travelling blower and suction unit.
