Replacement wearing parts, a full set of installation and debugging tools, and English instructions will be delivered with your machine.

We can also arrange skillful operators to offer door-to-door services like debugging, installation and training, to make sure your new machine is put to use the right way as soon as you get it.

All our equipment is covered under a one year warranty, but some models are covered for two years. If the motor and the non-wearing parts suffer from failure during the warranty period, free parts will be provided.

Our professional sales team will pay a routine visit every 2 or 3 months, so as to understand your current usage of equipment and provide long-term maintenance to guarantee smooth operation.

We have a professional customer service team, whose members have been engaged in this industry for many years and are proficient in English. Should you have any problems with our products, we will reply within 24 hours, and help you troubleshoot issues through phone call or video, and even arrange salesmen and engineers to offer on-the-spot service.
