Rubber Warping Machine

Rubber warping machine are used to straighten a variety of ammonia-chartered and oak root-chartered yarn. The nose and back frames are driven by a different horsepower, and the frequency conversion allows for an easy rubber tension adjustment.

Diameter of the application beam is below 400mm, diameter of inside hole is 17mm or 20mm, inside length is 255mm.
Speed adjustment
Frequency control: 0~350r/min.(line speed 0~390m/min)
Set length
Use the counter to set any warp length according to user requirements, thus reducing warp loss
Width and density adjustment
Adopt 4 pieces of W-reed; adjust width and left and right device randomly.
