Spooling Machine
Spooling machine is widely used for winding and packaging continuous fiber materials such as fibrillated film, synthetic fibers, cotton, and hemp. It can produce either conical (pagoda-shaped) or cylindrical packages according to user requirements. The finished products are tightly and neatly wound, with flat and even ends, ensuring smooth operation in subsequent processing.
This spooling machine features a simple structure, easy operation, and minimal wear parts. It is equipped with a stepless speed control system with adjustable tension. Based on the diameter of the yarn or cord, the winding density can be adjusted as required to achieve optimal winding performance.
