M-series plastic rope making machine integrates cord making and rope twisting into a single process. It is a new type of high-efficiency rope production equipment, suitable for plastic round yarn, flat yarn, monofilament, cotton, hemp, and other long fiber materials. The plastic rope making machine can produce seamless ropes with diameters ranging from 3–30 mm.

Features
  • Rope forming is completed in a single process, offering simple operation and high efficiency.
  • The machine is powered by an inverter and features a length counter. It automatically stops once the preset length is reached and includes a travel switch and restart protection function. An automatic shut-off is activated when the door is opened to ensure operator safety.
  • Equipped with adjustable twist settings to meet different materials and production requirements.
