Label Weaving Machine

Credit Ocean’s label weaving machine (Model: JULIBAO-RC2014) is designed for woven garment label production. It supports various label widths and spacing configurations, making it suitable for high-volume, consistent manufacturing of garment labels.

• The shuttle is made of wear-resistant wood materials with optimized manufacturing processes, improving durability and service life; and the additional multi-spring structure ensures stable weft tension.
• Equipped with a stainless steel shuttle box that resists deformation under harsh conditions, along with wear-resistant guide rails to extend service life and improve product quality.
• Optional red fiber shuttle box material helps reduce blackening issues in white taffeta and satin labels, while providing enhanced durability (depending on actual configuration).
