High-speed needle loom is suitable for producing various narrow fabrics, including PP webbing, cotton tapes, safety webbing, and elastic tapes, in a wide range of widths and thicknesses. It uses 12–16 heald frames to control pattern formation and supports 2–12 webbing lines with widths up to 200 mm. The upgraded machine structure features a more vertical heald frame alignment, which results in finer fabric edges, higher operating speeds, improved stability, and enhanced selvedge quality.
